We come to your business or residence to provide computer services.

Policies:

• Travel Time – We do not charge for travel time to your location.
• Labor Rate – Labor is billed at $192/hour with a minimum charge of $96 which covers the first 30 minutes. After the initial 30 minutes labor is billed in 15 minute increments ($48.00/increment)
• Parts – We use new name brand parts. We source parts from Micro Center and Amazon. Virginia Sales tax is charged on hardware but not on labor.
• Payment – Payment is due at completion of the On Site Service Call. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards.
