Policies:
- Call First – Please call first so we can ensure someone is available to receive your equipment.
- Labor Rate – Labor is billed at $162/hour with a minimum charge of $54 which covers the first 20 minutes. After the initial 20 minutes labor is billed in 15 minute increments ($40.50/increment).
We will provide an initial estimate when you drop the equipment off. If we find additional hardware/software problems we will contact you to discuss the additional cost. In no case will we recommend a repair to equipment where it would be more economical to replace it. - Parts – We use new name brand parts. We source parts from Micro Center and Amazon. Virginia Sales tax is charged on hardware but not on labor.
- Payment – Payment is due when the equipment is picked up. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards.
