We use Citrix’s GoToAssist Express (creates a secure encrypted connection between our computers and yours) to remotely connect to your computer to diagnose and fix:
- software problems
- remove viruses, malware, and spyware
- perform computer tune-ups
- printer issues
Policies:
- Labor Rate – For remote assistance labor is billed at $171/hour with a minimum charge of $85.50 which covers the first 30 minutes. After the initial 30 minutes labor is billed in 15 minute increments ($42.75/15 minutes).
- Payment – Customers will be billed for services. For payment we accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards.
