We use Citrix’s GoToAssist Express to remotely connect to your computer to diagnose and fix:
- software problems
- remove viruses, malware, and spyware
- perform computer tune-ups
- printer issues
Policies:
- Rate – Labor is billed at $75/hour with a minimum charge of $50 which covers the first 40 minutes. After the initial 40 minutes labor is billed in 1 minute increments ($1.25/min).
- Payment – Existing customers will be billed for services. New customers can pay by debit or credit card through the below link to our online billing service provided by PayPal.
