We come to your business or residence to provide computer services.
Policies:
- Travel Time – We do not charge for travel time to your location.
- Rate – Labor is billed at $100/hour with a minimum charge of $75 which covers the first 45 minutes. After the initial 45 minutes labor is billed in 15 minute increments ($25/increment)
- Parts – All parts are provided at cost. Virginia Sales tax is charged on hardware but not on labor.
- Payment – Payment is due at completion of the On Site Service Call. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards (click the Pay Now Button to securely pay your invoice via debit or credit card).
