Policies:
- Call First – Please call first so we can ensure someone is available to receive your equipment.
- Rate – Labor is billed at $100/hour with a minimum charge of $50 which covers the first 30 minutes. After the initial 30 minutes labor is billed in 15 minute increments ($25/increment).
We will contact you with an estimate if the labor will exceed 45 minutes or if we determine that it would not be economical to repair the computer. - Parts – All parts are provided at cost. Virginia Sales tax is charged on hardware but not on labor.
- Payment – Payment is due when the equipment is picked up. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards (click the Pay Now Button to securely pay your invoice via debit or credit card).
